Our group of 35 had dinner booked, but we were running late and the restaurant chose to close early instead of accommodating us. A local restaurant asked its chef to stay longer to feed our team, and they earned huge tips. The hotel treated us like peasants rather than guests. At breakfast, a milk machine that had apparently been cleaned and put back together incorrectly splashed spoiled milk all over me. The waitress didn't apologize and instead abused guests in German, which we don't understand. The general attitude felt like guests were there to serve the staff. I spend 20% of my life in hotels, and this lack of care and disrespect means I'll never book a raddison hotel again. A disgrace to the group and to Germany.

The breakfast and staff were excellent, but the room felt tired, like it hadn't changed since the late 1980s. There were no outlets by the bed, the air conditioning was faulty, and, urgh, a shower curtain. The price made all that especially disappointing.

I've been coming here since 2010, and the rooms haven't changed, so keep that in mind. Still, there are plenty of good points: it's near the train station, the breakfast is good, and the people are nice.

The buffet breakfast was decent, and the small hotel bar had a quaint, pub-like feel. The bartender was capable and very polite. The decor in the rooms looks stuck in the 80s, though, and personally I don't like two single beds pushed together to make a double.

The lifts were the only really great thing. The hotel feels outdated, the rooms look like they're from last century, and there was dust everywhere even after we changed rooms and got an upgrade. The front desk could be more polite instead of pointing at people and saying which room is theirs. Breakfast costs too much for what you get.
