What a great place.

We had a fantastic holiday.

House Odland had everything we needed, and the dogs were made very welcome. The key pickup was contactless and worked perfectly. It’s a lovely spot, just a short walk from the dike and beach, with the dog beach a little farther away. There’s a large construction project starting next to the holiday park, so there may be noise over the coming months. We enjoyed our stay, though we’ve seen everything we wanted to in the area and wouldn’t return. There are a few little things you might want in any holiday home, like a shower shelf, more coat hooks in the hall, or towel hooks in the kitchen. But it is a holiday home.

We stayed in the “Wattwurm,” a roomy two-story house with two bathrooms, a sauna, two large double bedrooms, and a bunk room. It also had an open-plan kitchen and living room with a big sofa and wood-burning stove, plus a small garden furnished with a beach chair, chairs, and a large table. The center of Dagebüll is less than 100 meters away, and the setting is wonderful. Looking out in the morning or evening, we could see the sunset. The house was beautifully equipped, with Wi-Fi, two small bottles of Lillet, lots of towels, a hairdryer with several attachments, and a wide selection of cooking utensils, among other things. The holiday homes in Dagebüll are lovely and luxuriously furnished in different styles. The larger ones, including the “Wattwurm,” sleep up to six, so we thought the price was very good for what you get. We’d be happy to return!
