Nice.

The free swimming pool is a real bonus, and the promenade and dog beaches are only a few minutes away on foot. The building is large and high-rise, yet it's very quiet despite having so many apartments, and everything is clean. Depending on which apartment you get, there may be a sea view, a partial sea view, fields, or the houses across the way. Each place is furnished to its owner's taste. Dogs are welcome in some cases, and parking may be in the outdoor lot or underground garage depending on the apartment. We think it's fantastic and highly recommend it.

The pool and the view were good, and the apartment itself was nicely furnished. We had stayed in another apartment in this building two years ago and everything there was perfect, so this visit was a shame. We spent four days in Berolina 517. The garage space was extremely tight, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and there was hair and dirt on the bed that was supposed to be freshly made. Old food was left behind the couch. The second room was dirty throughout and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time; the mattresses had lots of yellow stains, so it didn't feel comfortable. The vacuum barely worked and couldn't even pick up lint. There was a broken outlet hanging out of the hallway wall, and the kitchen light switch was completely broken. Kraushaar arranged for a technician to fix the outlet the next day. Wi-Fi only worked for one day.

I've stayed in this complex twice now, in two different apartments in Building C, and both were very clean. There's an indoor pool and a table tennis room with two tables, plus two lovely roof terraces on the fifth and sixth floors. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away.
