I stopped here for one night during my Eifelsteig hike. The elderly lady, who I think was the owner, went out of her way to help me feel comfortable. The building feels a bit old-fashioned now, but it was clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was good, and the lunch package was good too.

The owners were so friendly, and the homemade jam with breakfast rolls was a lovely touch. We felt very much at home at the Neunkirchener Mühle during our 10 days there in September. The apartment was clean, cozy, and practical, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A large Rewe with a good bakery attached is only a four-minute drive away, and it's open on Sundays too. We enjoyed eating at the Burghof (Croatian) in Daun when we didn't feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. We'd happily return.

We were really pleased with the clean, well-equipped room for our night on the Eifelsteig trail. It was simple but very good, and we appreciated being able to get dinner even though the restaurant is no longer open. Breakfast was generous and tasty as well. We'd definitely come back.

I wasn't staying overnight at the Neunkirchener Mühle, but I passed by while hiking the Eifelsteig. On that hot summer day, I was glad to get a refreshing drink before Daun. The lady who served me was really nice. I'll remember the Neunkirchener Mühle if I'm in the area again.
