The place was very clean, and the owner was lovely. Soundproofing could be better, though.

A great option when you’re traveling for work.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple, fairly modern, functional feel. The problem is how much noise carries through the old house. On Sunday, sleeping in isn’t really possible: the church bells from the church next door ring every 15 minutes, starting at 6 a.m., and you can hear every footstep from the guests upstairs. With checkout by 10 a.m., there’s near-constant stomping from 7 to 10. That’s two separate reasons to be woken up early.

The owner was very friendly, and the apartment was modern and really clean. My wife, daughter, and I were all very happy there. We found the price for what you get unbeatable, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend it for three people.

The guesthouse is simple, clean, and affordable, and suited us well for a quiet stay in the countryside. Around four o’clock, a redstart starts singing beautifully just a few meters above you. Then the roosters crow, and from six onward the church bells from the neighboring tower make you feel divine help can’t be far away. What a lovely rural idyll. You can get breakfast at the nearby bakery. The kitchen in the guesthouse could still use some work.
