Very accommodating with arrival and checkout times, and incredibly clean.

The apartment was clean, and both our dog and our four-legged friend got a surprise treat. We were welcomed very warmly. The recommendations for excursions and hikes were excellent, and every one of the five restaurant suggestions was a real winner. With kids and a dog, we couldn't eat out every day, so we used the self-catering option several times and cooked in the apartment. A supermarket and discount store are an easy walk away. We had a wonderful, completely relaxing week.

We had a wonderful stay, with fantastic, friendly staff, superb facilities and impeccable service. What really stood out was the unusually generous fruit basket for a vacation rental. We haven't had anything like it, even at very expensive luxury hotels. Highly recommended.

I was looking forward to staying overnight in Deidesheim, but the 50th birthday celebration that was the reason for our trip got cancelled. I tried to cancel the booking, and the accommodation provider first didn't respond to my request for a flexible or lower-cost cancellation. They eventually agreed to cancel, but only at a cost.

The accommodation is large and quite spacious, and considering its age, there's no mold. But for the price, I'd expect more. The carpet has seen better days, and the shower temperature fluctuates quite a bit.
