SleepySleepy Hotel Dillingen

The location is very good, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are basic, while cleaning and breakfast were okay. I’d stayed here before without any problems, so it’s a shame this visit was different. From my first floor room, I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work on either of two devices. Staff said they’d never had an issue in that room, though guests in other rooms were having trouble too. They checked with their boss and a technician the next day, who found no problem. They weren’t rude, but I expected some effort to fix it, or even a simple apology. Instead, that was all the response I got.

Quiet and trendy, with high comfort and no noise. Great service, and there’s a locked garage for bikes with batteries. Supergood hôtel, good night and good life.

The station is a convenient 10 minute walk away, which worked well for us. The hotel itself is clean and cosy, with a nice shower and comfortable beds. Just be aware the mattresses are separate, German style, so there’s a gap between them.

The room and hotel were comfortable, but the cleaning let the stay down. I was there for four nights, and the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned at all for the first two. It seemed a bit better after I complained, though it still wasn’t done properly. Nobody asked how things had gone when I checked out. A very disappointing experience.
