For what I paid, the build quality was a 10 out of 10. The new building was incredibly clean, and everything from the floors to the windows and doors was made of wood. I used the shared shower and toilet downstairs in the basement, and those were spotless too, with very good materials.

A really lovely hotel, set on a Demeter-certified farm.

We were really happy with our stop here on a Tesla road trip. The staff were friendly, and the place felt warm, clean, and modern. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, though.

The food was delicious, and the people were very nice. It's a wonderful place to relax, with Demeter quality. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't rate that part.

We stopped in for breakfast and loved the delicious food, especially the great range of organic choices. The staff were attentive and very friendly. We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't speak to that, but we'd be glad to come back.
