The apartment was spotless, and we knew when booking that the bathroom would be shared, which was fine. Getting in with the codes worked without trouble. It's handy for the bus station and city center, and the bus to the train station takes 10 minutes. Prices are fair, though I'd recommend it only if traffic noise doesn't bother you, or if you need affordable, comfortable accommodation for one night. The apartment is a renovated former shop on the ground floor, with two larger rooms and one smaller one. The smaller room has a double bed and can fit a fold-out bed to become a triple; it otherwise has just two fold-out beds. Larger room No. 2 still has the original shop door, locked of course, with curtains over it, like two other windows. The shared spaces are quite cozy and attractive: a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, another toilet, and a little lounge with a table and sofa. The rooms themselves are furnished fairly sparsely. We couldn't work out how to turn down the underfloor heating, so it was warmer than we liked and we wanted to open the windows. That's hard to do because the apartment is right at a busy intersection used heavily by trucks and buses. They seem to drive straight through the room, and it's very noisy even with the windows shut. Room No. 3 faces the Mulde River and is a little quieter.

We were very satisfied. It's small, charming, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful furnishings that make it a good place to relax. The price is excellent, and public transport makes everything easy to reach.

We won't stay here again or recommend it. Room 2 was extremely noisy because it's right by a busy main road. The only way to open the window was through a glass door that goes straight to the street, so we couldn't air out the very stuffy room. The air conditioning also had an unpleasant damp smell. There were ants on the floor and in the bed, and the TV didn't work. Other guests started using the shared bathrooms and common areas continuously from 6:00 AM. That's fine in itself, but the noise made it impossible to sleep or use the toilet. With poor soundproofing, insects, and bad air, the stay was truly disturbing. We're very disappointed. Check-in was flexible and easy with door codes. The bathrooms and room were very clean. The property has three rooms sharing a common room, kitchen, and bathrooms.

The bed was comfortable, towels and linens were provided, but bring your own hairdryer. The spacious bathroom and shared kitchen had everything needed, including a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, and dishes. The accommodation is modernly renovated and furnished, with three private rooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom, and a small guest toilet. Really top value for money. I've stayed twice now and can highly recommend it for a short weekend break.

The hostel is spotless and modern, with good mattresses and a kitchen and bathrooms that are well above average for a hostel. But I could barely sleep. It's right by a major road, with cars and trucks roaring past just 3 meters from the room from 5 a.m. until late at night. Opening the window even a crack is out of the question. Closed, the room was still incredibly noisy and stuffy. Sorry, I can't recommend it. 🙁
