Right by the dike, this clean, modern holiday apartment sits close to both the harbor and beach. The large bedroom has plenty of space and a roomy wardrobe, while the small bathroom is laid out well. The kitchen has enough equipment, though a big saucepan would be a useful extra. There’s also a little courtyard where we could park our rented bicycle. A spacious, high-standard apartment, worth 4 stars.
My boyfriend and I spent our first holiday together in one of the apartments, and we were really happy with it. Cuxhaven may not be THE place for young couples, but we had a wonderful time. The flat was modern and clean(!), just behind the dike and close to the nearest place to shop. We’d definitely recommend it! :)
You can get everywhere easily on foot, and the apartments have all the essentials. We stayed for three weeks in April and May. Just be aware there’s no cleaning service and the towels aren’t changed.
The hotel reception staff gave us a warm welcome. The holiday apartment was lovely and clean, in a great spot right behind the dike. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.
We stayed on the top floor and had an absolutely fantastic view. The facilities were excellent, and the ferry/catamaran to Helgoland is not far away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
