The village felt completely dead after 20-21h, even in the middle of summer vacation. We couldn't even sit and unwind on our terrace in the evening because a guy downstairs wanted to sleep. The beach also charged us a fee just to visit. Unless you want to spend the whole day doing nothing at a beach village, I'd stay away. The indoor pool we were promised was already closed too early for us to relax after a day out. When you book a hotel, you expect to explore the city and then come back in the evening and use the pool, don't you?

Even the pool was closed, and the bar wasn't due to open until the end of August. We'd paid extra for a hotel with both, but couldn't use either. At checkout the next day, they still charged us a beach tax even though we hadn't been to the beach. We stayed one night in mid-August, and from arrival the welcome felt very unfriendly. We went out to see the city and found nothing of interest; after a disappointing walk and no luck finding a nice terrace, we returned hoping to use the bar. A very disappointing stay, not at all what we'd expected.
