Haus Pavillon Whg 13

We stayed in Apartment 8, and it was very clean and tidy, which hasn’t always been our experience elsewhere. It was a little cramped for three, but the weather made up for that 😎

The location is lovely and close to the beach, and it has everything you need. The beds aren’t consistent, two are quite soft. The furniture is showing its age, but it’s fine for a short break. Four people would find it too small.

Schwalbennest Apt. 32 ruined our vacation. The apartment didn’t match its description at all. It wasn’t modern, comfortable, or recently renovated. The dining table wobbled so badly it seemed like it might collapse, and there was almost no storage for our things. The kitchen appliances were old and worn, with only three decent drinking glasses and no beer glasses. There was no separate toilet as described online. One single bed was meant to be 200 cm long, but it was just a longer mattress placed on a small bed. The doors and windows were hard to open and close, and a living room window pane was cracked. The landlady was unwilling to accommodate us.

We had five wonderful days in the Amselnest (No. 29) at the beginning of September. The rooftop terrace and its beach chair were wonderful, and the apartment was very clean, well equipped, and lovingly furnished. The location was great too. Thank you, Hunterburg family, and see you next time! :-)
