The terrace could use a little more care, and the dining area in the kitchen feels quite tight. Still, the apartment is bright and cozy, with modern bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The renovation and contemporary furniture keep the house's original style intact. It works well for four adults and up to two children, who can sleep in the bunk bed.

Kite Beach is easy to get to, and the Kugelbake is close enough to walk to. Restaurants and a supermarket are just around the corner, and the prices feel very fair for the location. We've stayed in the house several times, across the ground floor, first floor, and attic, and liked all of them. The furnishings are modern and understated. Hard to ask for much more :)

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen I found cozy. The ground-floor apartment has modern furnishings. A lot of the work looks homemade, but the quality is good.

We left feeling rested after a wonderful stay. The apartment is great and the location is superb. Mr. Hübsch gave us such a warm, friendly welcome, thank you again in person! Best wishes.
