B&B Hotel Dortmund-City

I booked two nights, the night of the 28th to the 29th and the 29th to the 30th. On the first day, the person there said I had to pay 85 euros, but the website showed 65. The next day, someone else let me book for 65 euros in cash instead of asking for 85. Then, on the morning of September 30, a female employee entered my room without knocking and violated my privacy. When I spoke to her, she said I should have put the "nich storen" information paper on the door. I hadn't been told I needed to do that. I’m complaining about these two people. I came to Dortmund as a tourist, and because of their behavior I won’t book at this hotel again.

I tend to sleep on my stomach and don't use a pillow, so I need a really firm mattress. That's surprisingly hard to find, as if everyone in the world sleeps on their back. 😉

The young man at reception was so friendly and helpful, really great service. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. At this price, I can't fault the hotel. There's a car park behind it for £15.

The location is a real plus, but the rooms are tiny and both the service and breakfast were disappointing. For what you get, this hotel is very expensive.
