There's just one toilet and shower for ten rooms, and they were dirty. No parking, no food, nothing, and it was expensive. Booking showed a room at 44 euros, but they asked for about 55 euros per room. People were using the toilet constantly, 24 hours a day. Not okay. The Wi-Fi didn't work.

A neat, clean hotel in a calm spot with no noise or disturbance. The room and bathroom were very nice, and the city centre isn't too far away. Highly recommend it if you're after a quality place to stay at a reasonable price.

I stayed almost a week, and the place was consistently clean and well looked after. Free parking was handy, and everything you need is within a ten-minute walk. The Wi-Fi was great too.

We mainly chose it for the location, about a ten-minute drive from Dortmund Airport. The room was very clean, and the shared shower and toilet were clean too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were really glad the owner let us keep our bikes in a storage room. It’s a lovely family-run hotel, with clean facilities and rooms that look quite new.
