The room was spacious and luxurious, and the wellness area and saunas were clean and tidy. Staff at the bar and wellness center were friendly and helpful. My complaint is about the “emperor” at reception. He acts as though he conquered the hotel.

I stay here every year for InterTabac and can’t see myself choosing somewhere else. The hotel is lovely, the location is quite nice, and it has very good restaurants. RECOMMENDED

The spa facilities were beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had great service and a wonderful stay at L'Arrivée Hotel & Spa. Highly recommend!

The room was fine, and the restaurant service at both Le Petit Chef and breakfast was fantastic. There were little bugs in the room, though. The massage was the worst I’ve ever had, and I paid £100 for it. We were meant to be offered a choice of massages, but nobody told us about that. Instead, it was painful and rough, mostly someone digging their fists into my neck. My partner and I were both left in pain. I tried to alert the staff, but unfortunately no one could understand me, and I still had to pay. Avoid the spa at all costs.

We didn’t get to try the sauna, so I can’t comment on it, but the spa had a lovely big pool and a hot jacuzzi that we enjoyed. My husband had a massage and was full of praise afterward. The room was spacious and clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, and my husband really enjoyed the bath. Breakfast was lovely, with good bread and a nice selection. I would have preferred the bacon in a warmed dish instead of sitting out on a plate in the cold air. Restaurant service needs work: we waited a long time, the waitress mostly ignored us, and in the end we had to ask another waiter for the bill.
