Tm Suites

Two hours before check-in, we got a call saying they were moving us to a room at a different facility in another location. We went to see it and refused: it was dirty and disgusting, outside the center, with no shops nearby. Then we were told to take it or they’d cancel our accommodation. We were left sitting outside their hotel in Dortmund with nowhere to stay. When we called to sort things out, they hung up; nobody came out to speak to us or apologize, even though we were standing there. After that, they stopped answering the phone. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone to be in a foreign country and lose their accommodation after they’ve arrived. Stay away, I don’t recommend this place.

It may be affordable for a night or two in Dortmund, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting much. The place wasn’t really clean, and lots of things were broken or needed renovation. The walls and bed linen were stained, the extra bed fabric was torn, and the antenna socket was hanging loose in front of the wall. The smoke detector had been removed too. I can’t recommend staying here.

The customer service was awful and there was no support. The apartment itself was dirty, had a bad smell, and was completely overpriced. I’d never recommend these apartments to anyone.

For the price, the room was a really good standard, even excellent, and it was nice and clean. Getting in and out was easy. Parking was the one drawback, and the area gets busy on weekends because of the pubs nearby.
