The view is stunning every time, and the loft apartment on the top floor has everything we need and is beautifully furnished. We especially enjoy the sauna and the oversized whirlpool bathtub. This was our third New Year's Eve here. It’s a peaceful spot, perfect for a break from city bustle. Our two children love the swimming pool, and being close to Großer Arber is great for skiing. We feel very comfortable here and will be back next year.

We love the quiet setting, relaxed feel, beautiful views, and high-quality apartment. This was our third New Year's Eve in the luxurious "Zellertal" apartment upstairs, and we’ll definitely return. The children feel at home too. The indoor pool is so handy with kids in winter, and there’s a big playground nearby.

We felt very comfortable in this cozy little place. The host is lovely, the furnishings feel thoughtfully chosen, and there are lots of nice little touches. Hiking trails go in every direction, and Drachselried is just a 15-minute walk away. It’s a fantastic spot. If you can’t love it, you haven’t gotten very far. Just wanted to add my two cents.

The location is very nice, but the apartment was too noisy for a peaceful evening. The corridor used by other guests walking to the swimming pool ran right beside it. We were out all day and hoped to relax quietly at night, but couldn't. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent, and the manager didn't meet our expectations. The decor wasn't to our taste either.
