We had to use the underground garage because the hotel's lot, with about 15 spaces, was already full that evening. Its entrance ramp is quite narrow and has a turn, so a large SUV would take better-than-average driving skill to get through. Our Comfort room was clean and roomy, but being on the top floor made it quite hot in June. Breakfast was very good and included hot dishes.

The hotel has good transport right outside, and the Wi-Fi worked well. My bathroom was large and mostly clean, though dust hadn't been wiped everywhere. The bed was too soft, and my fourth-floor room had no air conditioning, which could be a problem in summer. Being beside the road meant plenty of noise from traffic and trams. Private parking is available, but it's paid and expensive. Breakfast costs an extra 18€ at the neighboring inn. I found it bad and wouldn't recommend it. This hotel deserves 3 stars, definitely not 4.

We spent two nights in a cozy, quiet room with a balcony. The hotel is a little outside the city center, but a direct transit line to the center is right next door. There's a locked parking area beside the hotel for 8 euros a night. After driving from Munich, we ordered food from the hotel restaurant to our room, which was a good call. All in all, a good experience, worth 4 stars.

The price was the only real positive, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. For a 4-star hotel, this was easily the worst I've seen. Our room smelled awful from someone having smoked in it, and was very dark, with only small bedside lamps and no regular light. The balconies connect, so someone could walk onto ours, and into the room if the door were open. I didn't like that at all. Thin walls meant we had to use earplugs. The shower water wouldn't stay at a steady temperature, though the flow was fine. Breakfast was okay, but I expected more from a 4-star place: no bacon or sweet pastries, dry eggs, and slow refills. Parking was 8€ a night.
