I liked being beside the historic square, with all that beautiful architecture nearby. Having a whole one-bedroom apartment instead of just a hotel room with a counter was nice, and the staff seemed to be trying. But there were quite a few frustrations during our five nights. The bathroom kept smelling of urine, the floor edges looked dirty, and the shower water kept swinging from too cold to dangerously hot. The curtain didn't reach the tub edge, so water splashed onto the floor, and it was unpleasantly damp inside the rolled-up plastic. The entrance alley also reeked of spoiled fryer oil from the restaurants downstairs. We never found out whether or how often the room would be serviced, and it wasn't serviced at all during our stay. It would've helped to know how to get fresh towels or where to put the growing trash. The kitchen had no microwave, so food had to be heated on the stove. The cutting board had a persistent odd smell, some dishes didn't look clean when we took them out, and the sharp knife we requested from the desk was so bad we gave up on it after the first day. The washing machine was confusing and took forever, and we had to buy our own detergent. There was also a lot of confusion when we asked about using the gym: one hotel sent us to Suitess, and Suitess thought it was Hilton. It was all rather clumsy. Apparently the hotels around Frauenkirche are run by the same conglomerate and share resources, including photos, so the pictures don't necessarily show the property you're actually getting.

The apartment made a cozy, stress-free base for exploring, and everything was comfortable and convenient. It was clean, pleasant, and very spacious, with amenities that were more than enough for our stay. There's no air conditioning, but that was only a minor downside for us. The windows shut out the busy city sounds completely, so it was quiet indoors. The location is right in the heart of the city. I'd definitely recommend it.

One bedroom faced the main street and could be a little noisy until 11 or 12 pm, while the other, looking onto the backyard, was quiet. Other than that, we had a pretty nice time. There were five of us in a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and two sofa beds. The place was clean and spacious, and the location was great. Parking is available if you reserve it. The interior may feel a bit like the 90s, but everything was good.

The famous church is visible from the windows, and everything in the city center is within walking distance. There are lots of places to eat nearby, so the location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is good, and the kitchen has all the amenities. One of the standing fans was broken. I asked about it, but nobody fixed it. There isn't parking at the apartment, though there's a cheaper nearby lot called seperopera for 6 euro per day. Still, we had a good stay and a good view.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the location is hard to beat, just metres from Frauenkirche and other major Old Town sights. It's a tourist area with restaurants, so there can be some noise if you leave the windows open. That's to be expected and wasn't unbearable outside sleeping hours.
