The location made getting around easy: the tram stops almost outside, groceries are nearby, and the butcher, baker, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. We stayed for half a week and were impressed by how spacious the apartment was and how much it had. The roomy kitchen-diner, big comfy sofa, and large box-spring bed were particular favorites. The landlord was quick and friendly with every message from the start, including changes to our arrival plans and trip. We were thrilled, and would highly recommend it.

The reserved parking spot was in a courtyard two houses away and cost very little. There’s also parking on Frankfurter Straße, though sometimes you find a spot right off and sometimes it takes a bit of searching and luck. Check-in and checkout with the key safe were trouble-free, and the owner was very welcoming. We were four adults in the Kaiser holiday apartment in Dresden’s Löbtau district. It’s on the first floor of an older apartment building, but the apartment itself has been renovated and newly furnished. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The street is quiet, even with the windows open. The kitchen has what you need to cook, though we didn’t use it for that. There’s a separate bedroom with a double bed, plus a spacious sofa bed in the living room that takes up most of the room when opened. The bathroom was tidy, with a small tub and shower. Getting around was easy. The nearest S-Bahn station is walkable, and Dresden’s main station is one stop away. You can also walk towards Kesseldorfer Straße in 20-30 minutes, passing supermarkets, restaurants, Bonhoefferplatz, and other sights along a safe, pleasant route. The attic building doesn’t allow for a balcony, which would have been a nice extra, but I can’t think of anything we found to complain about. Based on our stay, it’s a great base for visiting Dresden.

The information folder was thorough and nicely put together, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We also appreciated the fly screens, so we could leave the windows open without letting flies in. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the large TV was simple to use. We asked about having bigger mugs and they were bought right away. You could see the care in all the little details. Thanks, we felt at home.

The Stella holiday apartment is a lovely, modern two-room place on the first floor. Public transport is only a two-minute walk away, and Netto is directly across the street. The landlords were really friendly and accommodating too.
