The reception staff kept my hat safe after I lost it, which was a lifesaver in the freezing weather. Breakfast was really tasty, and there was a cute chocolate on the table. Everything was neat and nice.

I paid 275€ and didn't enjoy the stay at all. The room was freezing, while the corridor on the floor was much warmer. For the first time in my life I slept with a portable heater. The mattress was uncomfortable, and I slept badly without getting proper rest. It was really poor value for that price.

I paid extra for a superior room for two, but there was only one set of toiletries and no room service. At breakfast, the tomato and watermelon were clearly not freshly cut.

On our last night, the room key stopped working and I had to go down to reception to have it reactivated. The room had already been paid for in advance, so I don't see why this happened.

The rooms are spacious, have all the amenities, and the breakfast is great, though the place feels a bit old. I would still recommend the hotel without bias. What stayed with me from our work emergency cancellation was how negatively and slowly the receptionist handled it. I understand they might not be able to refund us, but he was rude when telling us there'd be no refund. There could have been another way to help, perhaps moving the booking to a different NH hotel. The rest of the staff weren't very helpful either.
