Pension Villa Angelika

Breakfast had enough for everyone, and the place was spotless. The room was simple and basic, with a large bathroom; room 5 also has a balcony. It’s outside Dresden, but easy to reach by train or bus, with a bus stop right outside. The downside is road noise from around 6 a.m. I’d definitely recommend it.

We were in town for a family celebration in May and had a really enjoyable few days at Pension Angelika. The rooms are nicely furnished, and breakfast was both tasty and plentiful. Our group especially appreciated being able to use the common room and large kitchen for dinner. Getting everyone booked was easy, and the owner was accommodating when we later needed to change things. There’s a bus stop just outside, so the city center is easy to reach. The staff member was always on hand when we had questions. We’d gladly recommend staying here.

The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and the location is handy: the tram stop is right in sight, with the city center about 10-15 minutes away. The rooms are roomy, modern, welcoming, and very well looked after, with great comfort. Breakfast was superb, especially the coffee. Highly recommended!

We booked a pair of rooms for our wedding, and both were spacious and really nice. The staff were also very, very kind. I only wish they let you book for a single night, and the breakfast was quite basic.
