Rotesand

For about €900 a week, I expected basic things to work. Instead the kitchen is sparsely equipped, a cupboard door is missing, and only the hooks from an old shelf are left. There’s mold in the wardrobe and refrigerator, and another cabinet door is missing in the bathroom. The bed creaks whenever you move, and the building is so noisy that you hear both your own group and the people in the neighboring apartment. I’m not demanding, and dated decor or simple furnishings don’t bother me, but this place is run-down. It was clean, which matters most to me, and the pool looks well maintained. The bathroom also seems recently renovated, though I can only imagine how it looked before if it needed repairs. The old furnishings really took away from the holiday feel. I wouldn’t book it again and can’t recommend it.
