Apartment 30 won us over with its cozy feel, modern furnishings, and plenty of room for up to four people. It was spotless and had everything we needed. We especially liked the balcony, plus having a swimming pool and sauna right in the building. The beach and promenade are very close, and everything went smoothly without any hassle. A first-class place to stay in Cuxhaven-Duhnen.

The apartments we've booked have all been fantastic, with lovely attention to detail. The pool and sauna are much bigger than in other properties, and the whole complex is kept in great shape. Mr. and Mrs. Djurka are always available and take excellent care of everything. The location in Duhnen is perfect. We love coming back to the terraced house and are already looking forward to our next holiday.

We had a very pleasant arrival at apartment no. 83, the small penthouse in the terraced building in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. Mr. Djurka handed us the keys and explained the Wi-Fi. The website description was completely accurate, and the apartment was superbly equipped. Its wraparound terrace gets sun from morning to evening, and it came with loungers, a beach chair, chairs, and cushions. We used the beach chair on the terrace, and the North Sea view completed the experience. The beach is an easy walk away, and the town center and beach promenade take only a few minutes to reach. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
