When I first arrived in Germany, I needed a short term apartment that allows registration and this apartment fits perfectly! It is modern, clean, fully furnished with everything I need. I stayed here for 8 months before I found a permanent apartment. It’s not in central Duisburg but it’s okay.

Great little apartment with easy access. Had to get an Uber to the main train station which was not an issue but if it was a little closer would have got 5 stars. Apartment was clean and tidy and had a great shower room. Would recommend if someone wants somewhere to stay a little out of town but for great value.

The flat was nice, if a bit spartan in decoration. Bed, kitchen and bathroom as wel as dining and lounging space was nice. The neighbourhood, however, is safe but super boring. There is literally nothing around in walking distance for a drink or food. Nearby is the Landschaftspark which is beautiful but has no shops, bars or restaurants.
