The service made a real difference for us. When questions came up or we needed last-minute changes, Lösken Room Rentals replied promptly, politely, and focused on solutions. Booking was easy, too. I've arranged stays several times for employees and technicians setting up trade fair booths in Düsseldorf, and we've been completely satisfied each time. The apartments are clean, well equipped, and suited to business trips. Since they're centrally located in Duisburg, our teams can get to Düsseldorf quickly, which helps with the daily fair commute. We'll happily book again, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, well-located accommodation for staff or technicians.

Parking is a serious problem if you have two or more cars. On arrival, the place feels like it's from around 1980, and something doesn't work each time. The company seems interested only in money: there was no discussion about long-term accommodation, just a fixed, high price. For me, it's a place for a few nights, no more.

We stayed for more than 5 months and were completely satisfied with the room and the heating. Communication with the owner was no problem, and they helped us with everything. I recommend it to everyone, 10 out of 10.

For the guests, this may be a blessing, but for the neighbors around here it's a real ordeal. There's little regard for them: spitting, drinking, and rowdiness go on until the police arrive. Thanks and regards.
