Mrs. Wörner welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away. There were five of us, and the spacious apartment gave everyone a bit of privacy when they needed it. It was modern, spotless, and well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there’s a full bathroom with a shower plus a separate guest toilet. The apartment sits beside a vineyard, with forest on the other side of the property. That little idyll won us over from the start and stayed special throughout our vacation. Some of the nearby vineyard belongs to the hosts, and we got to taste their wine and other homemade products while chatting with them. Thanks again for that! :-) We sometimes walked up to the vineyard in the evening to watch the breathtaking sunset. We also took lots of trips: the Museum im Ritterhaus in Offenburg was fun and exciting for children too, and we enjoyed Strasbourg, wine festivals including one in Oberkirch, the Allerheiligen Waterfalls, and Freudenstadt. Even driving along the Black Forest High Road felt like an adventure. We also had delicious Black Forest cherry cake and recommend exploring the area's hiking trails. It was a fantastic family holiday, though we didn’t see everything, so we’ll definitely visit again. Dear Stephanie and Michael, thank you so much for everything. Stay just the way you are!!
