Top Hotel Edingen

We’d already paid through the Booking platform, but at reception an employee then demanded extra money, saying the amount paid was far below what it should have been. That felt unacceptable and damaged my trust in the place. I was also surprised and uneasy when the employee clearly demanded everyone’s personal documents, including those belonging to our 5-year-old child. From the start, the service staff came across as arrogant and disrespectful. I felt we weren’t welcome, and no one seemed interested in helping us or asking how to make our stay enjoyable. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The place seems full of scammers, and I strongly advise travelers to avoid it and the staff. I wouldn’t come back. We should look for more reliable, better-rated accommodation to avoid these sorts of problems and inconveniences on a trip.
