Noemi at reception was kind and helpful the whole time. Our room was clean, the welcome felt warm, and we had a really good stay. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and fairly priced, though the fixtures feel dated. Parking is limited, so I paid extra for the Tiefgarage. I was surprised that guests weren't allowed to use the pedestrian door into it. Reception staff told me to go around 100m outside and walk down the ramp meant for cars. When I asked for the manager, I was then allowed to use the door from reception for quick, dignified access, but the staff seemed disdainful about it. Such a shame. Being treated that way will probably stop people coming back, me included.

The restaurant downstairs is really nice. The rooms are simple, clean, and practical, and the value is very good for a place so close to Munich.

There are some quiet restaurants in the same building, and the hotel itself is nice.

The place was amazing, with birds singing all around and great pizza at Primavera. I didn't sleep well, though.
