Ferienwohnung Heinze

The terrace was lovely, and my children really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the hostess was excellent and very friendly. It was a perfect stay, and I'd love to visit again.

We had a very quiet, relaxing weekend and everything was great. The hostess was incredibly nice. We'd be happy to come back.

We asked for free cancellation more than a month ago, but it was denied, so we've now paid €170 for nothing. The listing said the pool was private, but it's shared with the landlady and her son, which means there's no chance of a relaxing weekend with privacy. The kitchen is shared too. We are extremely disappointed and strongly advise anyone thinking of booking here to stay away.

We called the day after booking to ask about the pool. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and canceling for free, the landlady wouldn't compromise or offer a solution. She also stubbornly blocked every request we made through the booking platform. We've lost €170 for nothing. The listing promises a private pool, but you only learn after booking that the landlady and her son share it. Calling it private is false and misleading. Saying they respect guests' privacy and only use it occasionally when guests aren't in it doesn't change that it's a shared pool. Anyone presenting it otherwise is deliberately deceiving guests. And for the record, anyone who books here or somewhere else is welcome to write a review. My partner isn't in her booking list, as you can see from the reviews. Childish behavior, downplaying criticism, and twisting the truth just show how unprofessional this business is. We came away feeling deceived, with no service or willingness to compromise, and a disrespectful attitude toward customers. Booking here risks stress, trouble, and financial loss. Stay away from this accommodation!
