We spent four days here with my family. The rooms and cleanliness were okay, but that was about the only good part. The hotel is in an industrial area, quite far from the center, and I don't understand why parking costs extra. I don't mind people having dogs, but I don't think they should be allowed in the breakfast dining area. Some guests have allergies, and some of us just don't want dog hair on our breakfast. Neither the owners nor the staff seemed to care. The listing said our room would have a shower or a bathtub. We asked for a bathtub and didn't get one, just a shower. There was no bathroom heating, only a heated lamp, which wasn't enough for me. We definitely don't recommend this hotel.

The interior is modern, and the Penta lounge is nice. The hotel is a quiet few kilometers outside Eisenach city, within walking distance of the Opel plant. Drinks are overpriced, and the rooms aren't well insulated.

We used Pentahotel Eisenach as a stopover on our way back to NL. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn't open when we arrived, but the receptionist gave us a booklet with information about nearby restaurants. Our standard room worked fine for the stopover, though it didn't have air conditioning or a fridge. As I understood it, the more expensive rooms do have those. The bar has a decent range of beer, wine, and cocktails, with plenty of tables and a comfortable, spacious setting. I'd definitely stay at Pentahotel Eisenach again if we're in the area.

The staff were very helpful, and there was ample parking. We had a modern, spacious room with a small balcony, well equipped and extremely clean. The bar area was nice, and breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice.

The peace and the view here are amazing, a nice break from the city's busy pace. The room was spacious and clean, front desk service was wonderful, and breakfast was really yummy. I'd recommend it if you're looking to get away from city life.
