That last-minute reservation worked out, and they’ll even sort out the still water ;) The food is freshly made with local ingredients, just what you hope for in the Bavarian Forest. It’s tasty and good value, and the dining room feels cozy, though it can get a bit crowded. That’s part of its charm. We felt welcome and looked after right away. The friendly service and hospitality made the meal a clear 5/5 for us. Thanks, we’ll be back!

We dropped in for lunch and were really impressed. The owners are fun and super friendly, and the traditional German food was delicious. It’s served in a charming pub, and that kind of cooking is hard to find these days. We’ll definitely come back! 👍🏻 🔝
