The restaurant makes for a really pleasant evening, with lovely decor and a stylish, comfortable atmosphere. It deserves a special mention. Our rooms were clean and well cared for, though a little dated, and the mattresses felt too soft for us. Breakfast had the basics for a good start to the day, but we thought there could be more choice. One small service suggestion: when someone orders white wine with water, it might be nice to ask whether they want still or sparkling. That didn’t change our positive impression much. Hotel Haus Hubertus has a friendly feel and a good restaurant, with a few small things that could improve the rooms and service.
