Haus Seeweg

Fresh bread rolls hung on our door every morning and gave us a lovely start to the day. Even with the weather not at its best, we found plenty to do nearby, then came back to a cozy, warm apartment with charming rustic touches. We rented apartment number 6 in the "Seeweg" building at the end of October with our children and grandchildren, and were thrilled with the two-story place. We felt at home right away. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the washer/dryer and ironing station in the basement were handy. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we wanted. It was our first stay here, but definitely won’t be our last. It deserves more than five stars, though that’s all we can give. 👍👍👍

We stayed in apartment number 3 with our two grandchildren and highly recommend it. It’s spacious, well laid out, attractively furnished, and spotlessly clean. The kids especially loved the large shower. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher constantly, and the fly screens on every window kept insects out even when we had the windows open in the evening. There are good bike paths nearby, and the lake is within walking distance. If the weather’s bad, plenty of other activities are easy to reach by car. Mrs. Bierhold was friendly and competent, and promptly sorted out any minor issues.

The bathrooms and bedrooms are excellent, and the large holiday apartment was very clean and modern. It’s listed for 2 people (4 people), and the amenities left nothing to be desired. A special thank you to the lovely woman who runs the shop on site. Her openness, friendliness, and warmth are rare. We’d love to come back soon.

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Geierswalde in apartment number 6, where we stayed from the end of July to the beginning of August 2025. The apartment was well designed, furnished, and equipped. As a larger family of three couples and one child, we had room to enjoy time together and still have privacy when we wanted it. The view was superb and the area beautiful. Even with three cars, parking wasn’t a problem. Being on the top floor meant no noise from upstairs neighbors. Every window had an insect screen, and the kitchen was well equipped. The two bathrooms and guest toilets were enough for us and made sharing the space easier. There was excellent storage for bikes and bike racks, and the Wi-Fi worked without problems. Booking through check-in and check-out was hassle-free, and the staff were fast, friendly, and competent. We highly recommend this apartment. A big thank you to the operator.
