Hof Veldink

The hotel's "Bett und Bike" offer was handy, and I rode the well-marked paved bike trail to Laar. The countryside is fairly flat, so it’s an easy ride for cyclists of any skill level. The hotel is also close to several clothing and grocery stores, with a tavern just a thirty-second walk away. I spent three weeks here on business and never once felt like an outsider. The meals were always beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The whole hotel is modern and meticulously clean, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The rooms I stayed in were spacious and spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope to return before too long. My thanks to Stephan and his staff for an unforgettable visit.

A very sociable bar with the locals, and the food is great. Come hungry, they serve plenty. It's a really friendly family business.

The owners and staff were friendly, and the rooms were nice. Recommended.

Things got rather unpleasant toward the end when they refused our gift coupon, even though it was still within its validity period. Friends had given it to us.
