I had a good business stay, though the room could have been cleaner. I killed a spider and it was still there the next day, along with some stray hairs. The fridge also didn’t work for my whole stay, and I wasn’t told about the night entrance until two days in. Breakfast had a decent range, and I think most people would find something, but at 6:30 some items still weren’t out. I’d expect the full selection to be ready when breakfast opens. Staff were very friendly and did their best to help quickly whenever I had a question. My room faced the main road, but the noise wasn’t too bad for me, even though rooms nearer the road or highway may be louder at night.

For €105, the family room was much more than we expected. We booked about a week ahead for one night with two adults and two kids, and got a suite with two double bedrooms, a large bathroom, and even a meeting room that seats 12, instead of the double bed and sofa bed we’d expected. The hotel was spotless and well kept. The reception decor has a rather 90s German kitsch look, though. There was no one at reception when we arrived, but a welcoming staff member soon came over and checked us in quickly. We didn’t eat there, so I can’t speak to the food, but they do have a restaurant and bar. The location is handy, with Netto and Aldo, plus a Shell station with a shop, Starbucks, and Burger King nearby. There was road noise despite the shutters being down and the windows closed.

That was one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere in Germany. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. If you’re passing this restaurant, give it a try. Thank you! 😋
