Dinner was a highlight, the restaurant food was delicious and the buffet was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and make the stay more enjoyable. The room was clean and had what I needed, though it felt very small. The bed was a letdown, the mattress was so hard that I didn't sleep comfortably. There were no slippers or bathrobe, which seemed odd for a wellness hotel, and no water bottles either. Having to use a vending machine for water felt inconvenient and outdated. The pool was clean and well kept, but tiny for a hotel that presents itself as a wellness place. I also thought the room prices were high considering the amenities. The sauna was decent, but only being open from 12-9 pm meant there was no chance for a session before bed. At the bar, just one person was working in the evening, so drinks took a long time. The gym also felt dated, and two treadmills were out of order that evening, even though there were other machines available. I came away unsure why the hotel has a four-star rating. It was a mixed stay, with good food and kind staff, but it fell short if you're after a luxurious wellness experience.

We came for a company offsite and everyone was happy with the accommodations. It's a quiet place, very clean, and the food is good. The indoor pool, spa and sauna are nice for relaxing, and the bar stays open for quite a while. There's also a cabin and smokehouse out back that you can rent.

The rooms are much bigger than the others around here, and the quality makes the price amazing. Breakfast was great, too. Totally recommended.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The WiFi, though, was so poor that a 56k modem would feel fast next to it.

A real gem out in the Bavarian countryside. The pool and spa are beautiful.
