The breakfast is plentiful, and the price feels fair for what you get. The place is quiet, the operator is friendly, and the rooms have enough space, a bathroom, and a balcony. They’re a bit old-fashioned, though apparently renovations are planned. Mountain bikers are welcome.

My wife Sonja and I, Uwe Buchholz, have stayed with Mrs. Elsa Braun in Enzklösterle for many years when we come for the Christmas market. We feel very comfortable in her guesthouse, and she provides excellent service. She’s a lovely person. Dear Mrs. Elsa, we wish you a Happy New Year 2020 and a healthy year. The owner is very friendly, and there’s a decent breakfast, good mattresses, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a lounge. There are at most two guest rooms, each with two beds and a balcony facing the street. The furniture isn’t quite modern. It’s a fair price if you can sleep with the windows open despite street noise and don’t need crusty rolls at breakfast.
