The owners are friendly and easy to reach if you have questions. We regularly recommend the apartment to our clients, and they're always very grateful and happy with it. It's in a fantastic neighborhood by the park, with the ega (Erfurt Garden Exhibition), Cathedral Square, Petersberg Citadel, and city center all within walking distance. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

We spent three days here and would gladly return. The accommodation was great, the landlords were very nice, and the location was excellent, right by Luisenpark and only about 10 minutes from the old town. Highly recommended.

The location was great, but I was disappointed by the owner. I left behind about 25 euros in change, and she found it. She won't send it to me by bank transfer and says I have to collect it in person, which would mean a 900 km round trip. That's not how guests should be treated. We stayed three nights, and this left a bad impression.

The hosts were very friendly, and the setting was pleasant and green. The place is furnished in a nice, modern style. But the sofa bed was uncomfortable, the kitchen area in particular wasn't clean, and the wardrobe had an unpleasant smell.

Thanks so much for the lovely place to stay. Our technician always enjoys being there, with the park right next door and the town center close by :-)
