The rooms felt more budget than I expected, but everything was clean. The air in the shared areas had a certain cigarette smell. Breakfast was good quality, simple, fresh and tasty.

It's outside the city center, though getting into town is super easy. The room was very spacious for an Ibis Budget, and everything was clean. Breakfast was really good for a fair price (€7.5), and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The building felt a bit worn, but the room was clean. Checking in late at night at the machine went smoothly, and the woman at reception the next morning was nice. The breakfast was the big surprise. The last time I ate at an Ibis Budget, years ago, there was only toast, basic yoghurt and jam. This time there were fresh bread rolls and bretzel-brotchen, cheese, several kinds of ham, boiled eggs, tomatoes, yoghurt, and probably more I've forgotten. Coffee, milk and assorted teas were available too. I'd give it 4.5 stars for the breakfast, but seeing the scores in the other reviews, let's round it up to 5.

Very basic hotel, but the beds are quite okay. The TV is good and the free WLAN actually works. I didn't like the tiny toilet and shower, about the size of one in a camper.

The room was spotless, and so were the shared areas. I got there early and had to wait for the check-in machine to let me check in. I left before breakfast because I had a long trip ahead. Quiet hotel.
