The bathroom was the biggest problem. There was an unpleasant sewage smell even after it had been used, the shower sprayed everywhere and drained very slowly, and the water pressure was barely there, which really annoyed my wife. The apartment was also quite cold at the end of May, with 16 degrees Celsius outside. The floor felt freezing, and the heating was off. It was clean, and the location right in the city center was excellent. The decor was a gamble: the online photos look lovely, credit to the photographer, but in person Apartment 4 felt empty, cold, and poorly finished. There's no TV in the bedroom, if that matters to you, and the living room one is small. We didn't use the kitchen, but at first glance it seemed to have what we needed, though four sets of dishes and so on felt a bit sparse. We're a couple in our mid-30s, and for that price we'd choose a hotel instead of coming back. Traveling with a family might be a different story.

The quiet and comfort of NeuWerkApartments Apartment 5 were just what I needed after long workdays on my business trip. It's a cozy 67 m² duplex, with a comfortable double bed in the bedroom for restful nights. I also appreciated having a flat-screen TV for some entertainment and a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower and handy hairdryer. I felt completely at ease there. It's well equipped and comfortable, and I'd definitely return. Highly recommended for a business stay.

Right in a very central spot, but the accommodation feels cold and sparsely furnished. The shower was broken and the walls were open. I wouldn't choose this for a longer stay.

I booked the apartment for one day last December, then had to cancel because I was ill. I got written confirmation that I'd receive a refund, but after that the landlady never got back to me. We've called and emailed several times and now nobody answers the phone. I'm really annoyed with the communication, and €135 has simply disappeared. They could at least have explained why they weren't issuing the refund after all.
