It's an okay hotel, nothing particularly memorable. The rooms are small but clean, and the location is pretty good. My main complaint is the gym: access costs 5 euros, and for that you get a very small room with almost no lifting weights and two machines that are just okay. If someone else is using it, you can't use the machines.
10/10
The staff were welcoming, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the location made it easy to walk to the city center and main sights. We didn't have a room with a city view. At night the room was too warm, even though it was April; turning the heating down didn't help. Also, water leaked from the shower door onto the bathroom floor, which had no drain. Still, a nice hotel in a perfect location.
8/10
The lady we spoke with was nice. On our last day, we tried to let her know that we needed someone to help change the bed from a sofa into a bed. Maybe nobody came to check, and that's why I can only give 4 points.
4/10
The location is good and the people are very friendly, and the hotel itself is nice. But the bathrooms are horrible: very dirty, and the drain smells bad.
10/10
The staff were very attentive, and we liked our stay quite a lot. Perfect location.
