The rooms were nice, and breakfast was good.

We had a roomy double room that stayed quiet despite being so close to Cathedral Square. It was comfortable and, above all, clean. The owner was very friendly, and phone communication went well too. You can reach everything on foot from the guesthouse, which made the location ideal. Erfurt is always worth visiting, and we'd book this place again next time. Thank you!

The room was very nice, and the location is lovely and hard to beat. But the service was chaotic. We stayed at the guesthouse in Erfurt in December and had booked breakfast as part of the price, but that wasn't recorded. We were charged for breakfast separately, and it took emails until February to get it sorted out. The company needs to improve communication between its staff. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and there was no proper communication. Since the mistake wasn't ours, we would have appreciated an apology, but we've still received none. I'm not willing to pay for a room with breakfast included and then be charged for it again. It's very disappointing, and such a shame.

The room had a small kitchenette and was quite adequate for a few days. It wasn't fancy, but had what I needed. There's a parking spot in the courtyard, which was perfect for unloading, and the location is very good. The room is wheelchair-accessible, though there's a step up into the bathroom. The owner was super friendly. From our phone call through to arrival, I had a great feeling about the place.
