We had a great time, and the staff were friendly throughout. The room and bathroom were enormous, and the extra baby bed was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with enough variety to keep the kids happy too. The coffee table was hilarious, so I took photos. Next time I’ll bring Hausschuhe because my feet are always cold. We’ll definitely come again.

The location makes it easy to explore town, and the forests are about a 40-minute walk away. It has a relaxed, family-run feel, with especially friendly and accommodating staff. The beds were comfy, the internet was fast enough for working online, and both breakfast and the restaurant served really good food.

On arrival, we were given a room with the toilet and shower in an outside corridor, and the toilet was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also couldn’t lock our room, which opened into a cleaner’s room. The strangest, least classy hotel setup I’ve ever experienced.

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide choice of food nicely prepared and presented. The showers were some of the best I had on my trip to Germany. The rooms were a good size and nicely appointed, and off-street parking was a welcome bonus. This place was pretty great.

The room was warm and comfortable, and the stay turned out much better than I expected. It was especially nice given that two of us were sharing a room meant for one person. I enjoyed it.
