A lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. The restaurant is beautiful, the food incredibly tasty, and the drinks are spot on. The service is top-notch. I’d highly recommend it. Many thanks to Jana, the owner.

I came here for a work dinner and had good service, excellent food, and a nice setting. It’s a great choice if you like meat. There aren’t many vegetarian options, though Franconian cuisine generally doesn’t have many meat-free dishes anyway. I’d come back, and I will.

My room was modern, spacious, and very clean. It was above the butchery, though I can’t speak for the other rooms. The hotel has a cozy, family-run feel, like a place in the countryside or mountains, while the service is still well organized. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a rich buffet, and the restaurant was very good too. For me, this is the coziest option in Erlangen.

Maybe the best restaurant around Büchenbach, Alt Erlangen, and Kosbach, and possibly all of Erlangen. The local food is the best, and the staff are really nice and friendly. The rooms are nice too, some authentic and some more classic. Ok.
