KRAL Suite Hotel & Serviced Apartment

The owners are very helpful with special circumstances, and the staff were accommodating with my personal needs. As a Siemens employee, I got a free bike for the week, plus early and late check-out. They also let me check in early, which was fantastic after my very early flight so I could get some sleep. It’s easy to walk or bike to the Siemens building. Some after-work café or bar activity would make the place even better.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and it’s always been a great hotel. The owner is lovely and focused on good service, the rooms are nice, and breakfast is amazing. Being able to use a bike for free is great too. See you next time!

The bed is very soft, and the hotel is clean, tidy, and comfortable. From check-in onward, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and took time to explain the services and facilities in detail. Breakfast is tasty and good value, and I’ve really enjoyed having it every day. I’d recommend the hotel to friends or colleagues.

Everyone is so friendly, and they all speak English very well. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and the showers have phenomenal water pressure. I could also grab an excellent espresso or cappuccino from the lobby machines whenever I wanted. They’re welcoming to families, children, and pets. It’s an amazing property right in the heart of Erlangen, with one of the city’s best bakeries directly across the street. Definitely check it out.
