Thermalhotel Kemper

The sauna and thermal bath are right in the building, which made it easy to unwind. I was here as part of the RV-Fit program and felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and tastefully furnished, and the restaurant and cocktail bar had a warm, elegant feel with lovely details. The food was a real treat, fresh, varied, and very high quality. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and courteous, so I felt genuinely welcome and well looked after. The whole hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. It brings together comfort, style, and hospitality beautifully, and I’d love to come back.

The location is excellent, right across from the thermal baths and spa park. Our room was spacious and clean, but there were a few service issues during our two-night visit: no fresh towels, a very long check-in queue with just one receptionist, and two breakfast waitresses who seemed completely overwhelmed.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent. I was here for one night on a business trip, and my room was clean and very modern. Being able to use the sauna and pool for free was a relaxing break. I’d gladly return.

Both parts of my stay were superb: first five days through the RV-fit program, then another three days at the end. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were wonderful, and the food was delicious. I also had great treatments at the attached health resort. It made for a lovely break from everyday life, just as it should be. Thank you!!!
