Ferienwohnungen Haus Mehrglueck

I was looking forward to this lovely apartment, but it wasn't well kept. A cupboard door sagged, one blind wouldn't raise, and the next window had no blind at all. It also wasn't very clean. The website says guests can choose to clean the accommodation on arrival, which means cleaning up after other guests. I've never encountered that before; I'm used to cleaning at departure. I paid for final cleaning, yet there were still marks on the floor and table, and the “carpet” under the table was too dirty to walk on barefoot. The booked bed linen had lots of holes. The pans are so thin they barely sit on the ceramic cooktop, so frying eggs for breakfast wasn't really an option. There's nothing to clean with in the apartment, not even a broom. Such a shame, because the decor must once have been lovely. Two stars for that.

I felt right at home in this nice little apartment. It's an easy walk of about seven minutes to the town center.

Back for my second stay, and it's still a beautiful apartment. Everything you need is there, and it was very clean.

Everything we needed was in this lovely, spotless apartment. The harbor is a short walk away. We'd be happy to return 😃
