We felt very much at home at Haus Ankerplatz and would happily stay again. The apartment is roomy, fully equipped, quiet, and just a short walk from the center of Esens, as described. Check-in was easy, and the landlords were lovely to deal with. Many thanks, and greetings to the Lakeberg family.

We'd happily book this apartment again. It had everything for everyday needs, and we couldn't think of anything we missed. The mattress was so good we're even thinking of getting a box spring bed ourselves. Bakeries and restaurants are walkable, and parking is available. Booking with the landlord was easy and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Esens is only a few minutes away on foot, and you can easily drive to the sea. We were really pleased with the stay. The holiday apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had plenty of room for four. You can't go wrong here.

The trip to the sea is always the nicest part, wherever you're headed. We spent six lovely days at Esens Haus Ankerplatz, staying in the charming captain's cabin with its stylish furnishings. Everything was perfect, and we got useful suggestions for pretty, picturesque harbors and more, along with a friendly “Moin, Moin!” We were thrilled.

We stayed five days in May and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. It's a super lovely, clean apartment, equipped with everything you could want. I'd almost say it wasn't great, just so there'd always be a free spot for us! :) We were really glad we got to stay. Norma and Rüdiger
